We take special care when packaging all artworks for shipping. In the circumstance that an item arrives broken or damaged, please notify us immediately and within 7 days of delivery via email airhartcreative@gmail.com with details and images and we will arrange a replacement or repair. In the even that we are unable to replace or repair a faulty product, we will provide a refund.
